Here is tinkerbell in a Ruffled Halter by oliver + s. I got the pattern from the Spring 2010 Stitch mag. Cute but I don't like the unfinished ruffle, call me fussy. Didn't read the directions all the way through... don't tell on me. Anyway not enough ruffle to hem it, didn't feel like going back and recutting sooooo here it is. I of course always make two of everything but this time... not gonna do it! Well not now anyway. I always figure out the pattern and make my mistakes on the first one and then truly like the second. Phia doesn't give a rip either way as long as it twirls!
